I have attached the AMS/SMS Measurement Form, completed by an accredited measurer
I have e-mailed additional information/photos as an attachment to info@raceyachts.org using the boat name as a reference.
I have transferred the $80 new application fee to YRSA account BSB 033-095 A/C 464860, using the boat name and sail number as a reference.
